Today we have a '19 Hyundai Elantra. And we're gonna do a test fit for the Konig extender snow tire chains.Now it's always a good idea to keep a set of chains in your car, especially if you live in an area where you frequently experience inclement weather. These chains are gonna help you get through any sticky situations, whether your in that light snow or ice.What I really like about these chains is that they're very easy to install thanks to our color coded connection points. And it's also going to be self-tensioning, so we don't have to worry about picking up any extra rubber tensioners to where we have to put them on to make our chains stay snug. You can see that chains are already snug thanks to the self-tensioning system down here.These chains have a diamond pattern design which is going to give you more coverage around the tire, thus giving you more traction. Now we also have these d-links that are forming our cross chains. more

ISSE Hybrid Snow Socks Installation - 2019 Hyundai Elantra- Video
Today we have a 2019 Hyundai Elantra and we're gonna do a test fit on the Issi Hybrid Snow Socks. These socks are gonna be a great outfit for you to have on your vehicle for those times when you might find yourself stuck in some larger snow and ice. You can put these on and the texture, the fabric's gonna give you that traction you need on that snow and ice to pull you out of any of those situations.The elastic band around the socks on both sides is gonna make it very easy to install. Now even though the thought of just having socks inside of a set of steel chains seems kind of counter productive, the fabric that this is made out of is gonna stick to that snow and ice, and really just give you that extra traction that you need. And it's not gonna be as hard on your tire or your vehicle when compared to that set of steel chains. It's not gonna damage your tire at all. more

These chains are pretty awesome to use as a tool to get yourself out of any sticky situations. It's always a good idea to keep chains in your car. What sets these apart, is they're very easy to install. You don't have to get behind your tire to make any connections. Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra, we're going to be taking a look at, and showing you how to install the self tensioning, low profile snow tire chains, part number T-H-0-0-0-2-3-0-9-0. The tire size we're working with today is 2-0-5-5-5-R-1-6.What I really like about these chains is that they're very quick and easy to install, and they're also self tensioning, meaning we're not going to have to purchase any extra adapters or rubber tensioners to make sure that our chains stay snug against our vehicle. It's all going to be contained right in here.The chains have a diamond pattern, rather than a ladder pattern, and that's going to give you more coverage around your tire, and it's also going to give you better traction while you're out on the road.Our square links right here are going to dig into that snow and ice, and give you the traction you need for starts, stops and turns. The low profile of our chains is going to provide you with a much smoother and quieter ride, as opposed to some larger chains on the market.These chains are SAE class S certified, which means they're made for vehicle with low wheel well clearance, like our Hyundai Elantra. The tire size we're going to be working with today is 205-55, R16. These socks are ideal for if you live in an area where you only encounter light snow and ice a couple times a year. However, if you experience heavier conditions, we'd recommend maybe investing in a set of steel chains for better traction.These socks are SAE Class S rated, which means they're meant for vehicles with low wheel well clearance, like our Hyundai Elantra. As you can see, they're very snug against the tire, and they add almost no width to the tire itself. more

Titan Cable Snow Tire Chain Installation - 2017 Hyundai Elantra- Video
Today on our 2017 Hyundai Elantra, we'll be looking at the Titan Chain cable snow tire chains, part number TC1034. Keep in mind that this is being used with tire size 205-55-16. The cable style tire chains are made out of a low carbon steel construction, so they're strong and durable, and they're going to provide great traction in light snow. The ladder pattern is going to assist with effective starts and stops and these chains are SAE class S rated for vehicles with limited wheel well clearance. The low profile design of our tire chains gives an overall smooth ride and the tire chains come with a reusable storage bag for when you aren't using your storage chains. The Titan Chain tire chains have a maximum speed rating of 30 miles per hour and come in a quantity of two. They're quick and easy to install, we'll show you how to do that now. I've gone ahead and laid out our chains just to make sure there aren't any kinks or breaks in the lines. more

Today on our 2017 Hyundai Elantra, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains, part number TC1540. So here's what our chains look like when they're fully installed. And these are gonna give us that extra traction whether we're driving on ice or snow. It's gonna feature square links that are in a diamond pattern shape to give more tire coverage, and get that extra traction. Our links are gonna be smaller than most square link chains, and since they form that diamond pattern, they're gonna give us adequate traction, but also a smooth ride. Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains Review - 2017 Hyundai Elantra PW1034- Video
Today on our 2017 Hyundai Elantra, we're going to be test fitting the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains, part number PW1034. These chains are great for the occasional use. They have these cables here that have these case hardened low carbon steel rollers on them with a ladder pattern, so it makes them good for uses with light snow and makes starts and stops more effective as you drive. These are SAE class S chains, which means they work well with vehicles with limited wheel well clearance. These do comply with all the Department of Transportation regulations, and these can work with either front or rear wheel drive vehicles. Today we're going to be working with tire size 205/55-R16. Now if these chains don't fit your tire, double check the tire size and then go to our fit guide to find the proper fit. Before we place the tire chain onto the tire, I'm going to lay it out on the ground as you can see here and this is to make sure there's no kinks in the lines before I put it on. more

Today on our 2017 Hyundai Elantra, we're going to be test fitting the Glacier Square-Link Snow Tire Chains, Part Number PWPLC1134. These chains are made from a case-hardened steel, which give you excellent grip and traction while you're driving on snowy or icy conditions. These are SAE Class S chains, which means they work well with vehicles with limited wheel-well clearance. These will work on front or rear-wheel drive vehicles, they install very quickly and easily and these are meant for highway use and not for off-road applications. When you're finished driving, it does come with a carrier case that you can place the chains in so they're ready for the next time. Before we place the chains onto the tire we went ahead and laid them out on the ground, as you can see here, to make sure there's no kinks in the lines. Once you're sure of that, we'll take the chains, drape them over the tire and start making our connections. Today we're going to be working with tire size 205/55-R16. You see how the links are wrapping around each other at this point You want to make sure that this end is facing away from the tire. more

Today on our 2015 Hyundai Elantra, we're going to review and install the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains, part number PW1034. We'll be installing these on tire size 205/55-R16. Here's what our tire chain's going to look like once it's laid out. On one side of our cable chains is going to be a hook for taking up the excess cable, and a keeper for keeping any excess cable. Stop it from flapping or swinging around, possibly causing damage when running down the road. We'll have that on both the inside and outside of our cable. To determine the inside or outside of your cable, we'll look at the cross link. more

Today on our 2015 Hyundai Elantra we're going to review and install the Glacier square-link snow tire chains, part number PWPLC1134. We're going to install these on tire size P205/55R16. Now here's what our tire chain's going to look like once it's laid out. Our inside tire chain on the end is just going to have a simple hook to go into an open link. The outside chain is going to have a lever hook that will help pull tension on the outer chain and come back into an open link. Our crosschain is made of case-hardened steel d-links for superior traction on snowy or icy road conditions. more
